I was listening to CNBC this morning, they were talking about mortgage securitization. Because of this mess, banks are not able to sell their loans so they have to hold them. This will make credit even tighter than it already is. Think it was hard to get a loan before? Just wait. Waiting to buy? Maybe now is the time while rates are at their lowest?
